Be . Motivated Wellness Center
Helping you move with ease, live with vitality, and feel your best every day
Welcome—
I’m so glad you’re here.
Whether you're feeling stuck in your body, navigating chronic pain, or simply looking for a gentler, more sustainable path to health, I created Be . Motivated Wellness Center to offer you a place of reset, realignment, and relief—a space to release tension and stress.
Here, healing isn’t forced. It’s remembered. Through gentle, intuitive therapies, we invite the body and brain to return to a natural state of ease, balance, and vitality—one mindful moment at a time.
Here are some ways we can work together
Body-Brain Massage Therapy
More than massage. A full-body reset.
My signature Body-Brain Massage Treatments are designed to go beyond muscle work. I combine integrative bodywork techniques—including the EMMETT Technique, Hanna Somatic Movement, Reiki, and more—to gently guide your nervous system out of tension and back into balance. These sessions are about releasing what’s been held—without force, pain, or pressure—so your body can return to its natural state of ease and wholeness.
What to Expect:
Each session is customized to you. You’ll experience:
• Gentle, pain-free techniques—no “deep tissue” forcing
• Subtle movements to retrain stuck muscular patterns
• Energy balancing through Reiki, if desired
• A deeply calming, restorative environment where your system can truly exhale
“No pain, no gain” has no place here. Your body heals best when it feels safe.
Body-Brain Re-Train
A somatic movement program to help you move freely & live fully
If you’re tired of temporary fixes or stretching routines that never seem to stick, this gentle neuromuscular re-education method could be the shift you’ve been looking for.
Body-Brain Re-Train uses small, conscious movements to retrain your nervous system and release long-held tension patterns. It’s about teaching your body how to unlearn what’s no longer serving you—and return to natural, pain-free movement.
Whether you’re golfing, swimming, walking, playing pickleball—or just wanting to get up from a chair more easily—these simple movements can help you move with more comfort, stability, and joy.
Move smarter. Feel better.
Restoring Ease in Your Body
Helping you get back to what you love
Dis-ease is simply the loss of ease—whether it shows up as tension, stiffness, pain, or the sense that your body just isn’t moving the way it used to. You might not be “sick,” but you know something’s off.
That’s where my work comes in.
Through gentle, hands-on techniques and slow, mindful movement, we work with your nervous system—not against it—to release tension, reset long-held patterns, and bring the body back into balance. It’s not about pushing through pain. It’s about helping your body remember what it feels like to move with ease again.
You don’t need to be flexible, spiritual, or in perfect shape. You just need to be ready to feel better.
As Henry Ford said:
“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right.”
Meet Michelle: The Hands & Heart Behind the Healing
Licensed Massage Therapist, EMMETT Technique Practitioner, SomaYoga Teacher, Reiki Master—and someone who’s walked the road to healing, too.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in your body—tight, tense, and disconnected from the life you want to live. I’ve faced chronic pain, grief, career upheaval, and the kind of life detours that make you question everything. I also know what it’s like to come out the other side—stronger, softer, and more at home in myself than ever before.
That’s why I created Be . Motivated Wellness Center—to share the tools that helped me heal and to help others find their way back to feeling whole, grounded, and fully alive.
My approach blends everything I’ve studied and lived: therapeutic massage, trauma-informed somatics, Hanna Somatic Movement, the EMMETT Technique, Reiki, and over a decade of yoga teaching. Every session is personalized, intuitive, and rooted in compassion—because no two bodies (or stories) are the same.
If you’re ready to feel better in your body and more connected to the life you love, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
