Healing Through Body, Mind & Spirit
A Different Way to Experience Wellness
Healing is not always about doing more.
Sometimes it begins by slowing down, listening within, and creating space for the body, mind, and spirit to reconnect and heal.
At Be . Motivated Wellness, I offer a gentle, whole-person approach to well-being through Integrative Massage & Healing Therapy, somatic awareness and movement, yoga, Reiki, meditation, and spiritual connection.
The work is gentle, personalized, and grounded in meeting you exactly where you are today.
Together, we explore ways to reduce pain and discomfort, restore greater ease in movement, and reconnect with a deeper sense of awareness and well-being from within.
Ways We Can Work Together
There is no single path to healing. Choose the support that feels most appropriate for you right now.
-
Private, individualized hands-on sessions with you comfortably supported on a massage table. Gentle massage, therapeutic touch, EMMETT Technique, somatic awareness, Reiki, and mindful presence are woven together according to your body and your needs.
Simple somatic movement exercises may also be integrated into the session as appropriate and offered for you to explore at home between sessions.
-
A gentle, therapeutic approach to movement that works with your nervous system and your body’s own sensory awareness. Slow, mindful somatic movement can help you recognize and change habitual patterns of muscular holding that may contribute to persistent tension, stiffness, pain, and discomfort.
Rather than pushing or stretching through pain, we work slowly and within your comfortable range of movement, supporting greater mobility, body awareness, and the possibility of meaningful relief from persistent or chronic discomfort.
-
Private and customized somatic yoga, breath, meditation, and spiritually supportive practices brought to your home, group, workplace, retreat, or gathering.

Healing That Begins With Listening
Living with chronic illness, environmental sensitivities, persistent pain or discomfort, fatigue, or changing physical capacity can profoundly affect your relationship with your body.
Symptoms and energy can fluctuate. What feels supportive one day may not feel right the next.
At Be . Motivated Wellness, your body helps guide the session.
Your body is continually communicating. Rather than forcing, fixing, or pushing through, we begin by paying attention to what you notice — sensation, breath, movement, areas of pain or discomfort, muscular tension and holding, and where your body experiences greater ease.
Whether we are working on the massage table or exploring somatic movement in a chair or on the floor, the goal is not to push your body beyond its limits.
Gentle hands-on work and somatic movement can help address patterns of muscular tension and holding that may contribute to pain, stiffness, restricted movement, and ongoing discomfort.
By working slowly and responding to what your body is communicating that day, our intention is to reduce discomfort, support easier movement, and help you experience greater comfort and ease in your body.

My work is also shaped by my own lived experience and the healing journey that continues to teach me the importance of listening to the body, honoring where we are, and making space for possibility.
The Heart Behind Be . Motivated
My work brings together years of experience in yoga, somatic movement, therapeutic bodywork, Reiki, recovery-informed practice, and spiritual exploration. At the heart of it all is a simple invitation: slow down, become aware, listen to your body, and create space for the wisdom within you to be heard.
The spaces on both sides of the period in Be . Motivated are intentional. They represent the pause between simply Being and becoming Motivated—the space where we can breathe, become aware, listen within, connect with Spirit, and consciously choose what comes next.
Let’s Get Started
Whether you are seeking greater ease in your body, a deeper connection with yourself, support in creating a practice that honors your needs, or simply a place to pause, breathe, and listen within—you are welcome here.
You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you begin.
Sometimes the first step is simply becoming curious about what your body, mind, and Spirit are asking for.
Begin where you are.
