Be . Motivated Wellness

Move with Awareness. Listen from Within. Connect with Spirit.

Healing Through Body, Mind & Spirit

Welcome—
I’m so glad you’re here.

Your body carries an innate wisdom.

Sometimes we simply need the space—and the willingness—to slow down enough to hear it.

Be . Motivated Wellness offers a gentle, whole-person approach to well-being through somatic movement, yoga, Integrative Massage & Healing Therapy, Reiki, meditation, and spiritual practice.

Rather than asking your body to push harder, perform better, or fit someone else’s idea of wellness, you are invited to begin exactly where you are.

To listen. To notice. To breathe. And to discover what supports you today.

Healing isn’t forced. It’s remembered.

Restoring Ease in Your Body

You are more than a collection of muscles, symptoms, or places that hurt.

Body, mind, emotions, energy, life experience, and Spirit are deeply interconnected. Be . Motivated honors the whole person while recognizing that each person’s path—and each person’s body—is different.

Dis-ease is simply that distance from ease in your body.

Sometimes that distance may be experienced as physical tension, discomfort, or changes in how freely you move. At other times, it may feel like stress, exhaustion, disconnection, restlessness, or simply a sense that something within you is asking for attention.

Through gentle, hands-on techniques and slow, mindful movement, we work with your body and nervous system—not against them—inviting tension to soften, bringing awareness to long-held patterns, and exploring possibilities for greater comfort, balance, and ease.

It’s not about pushing through pain or forcing your body to change.

It’s about slowing down enough to listen. Becoming curious about what your body is communicating. And helping your body remember what it feels like to move with ease again.

Rather than overriding the messages of the body, we begin with awareness.

We pause.
We notice.
We listen from within.

And from that place of awareness, we can begin discovering what your body may need today.

Healing doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes healing begins with listening.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, spiritual, or in perfect shape.

You simply need to come as you are—and be willing to listen.

Honoring the Body You Have Today

Living with chronic illness, environmental sensitivities, persistent discomfort, fatigue, or changing physical capacity can profoundly affect your relationship with your body.

Symptoms and energy can fluctuate. What feels supportive one day may not feel right the next.

At Be . Motivated, your body helps guide the session.

In a private Integrative Massage & Healing Therapy session, you are comfortably supported on a massage table while gentle massage, therapeutic touch, EMMETT Technique, somatic awareness, Reiki, and mindful presence are integrated according to your body and your needs. Simple somatic movement exercises may also be woven into the session when appropriate and offered for you to explore at home.

In Somatic Yoga Therapy, it may mean moving on the floor, practicing from a chair, modifying a familiar yoga pose, exploring a few small somatic movements—or choosing breath, meditation, and stillness instead.

Meet your body where it is today.

There is no expectation that your body should be the same from one day to the next.

Whether we are working together through touch, movement, breath, awareness, stillness, or spiritual connection, the intention is not to push through symptoms or override the body’s messages.

We begin by listening.

Where We Practice

A Practice Beyond the Appointment

Not every practice requires leaving home.

Through guided practices, meditation, breath, Reiki, stillness, and spiritual reflection, Be . Motivated offers ways to continue listening within and nurturing your connection with body, mind, and Spirit.

A five-minute practice can be enough.

And on a day when your body is asking for rest, rest can be the practice.

My work is also shaped by my own lived experience and the healing journey that continues to teach me the importance of listening to the body, honoring where we are, and making space for possibility.

The Heart Behind Be . Motivated

My work brings together years of experience in yoga, somatic movement, therapeutic bodywork, Reiki, recovery-informed practice, and spiritual exploration. At the heart of it all is a simple invitation: slow down, become aware, listen to your body, and create space for the wisdom within you to be heard.

The spaces on both sides of the period in Be . Motivated are intentional. They represent the pause between simply Being and becoming Motivated—the space where we can breathe, become aware, listen within, connect with Spirit, and consciously choose what comes next.

Let’s Get Started

Whether you are seeking greater ease in your body, a deeper connection with yourself, support in creating a practice that honors your needs, or simply a place to pause, breathe, and listen within—you are welcome here.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need before you begin.

Sometimes the first step is simply becoming curious about what your body, mind, and Spirit are asking for.

Begin where you are.
